After consulting with the main man, it was decided that the connection between Q1 pin 1 and SW1 pin 1 should be cut and instead Q1 pin 1 should be connected to STARVE+. This should result in the starve CV in reacting to the amount that starve knob has been turned to, instead of just flat out refusing to accept the knob's existence altogether.
